CENTER FOR EARTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE LEARNING PROGRAM

Pre-Participation Questionnaire

Please fill out the survey below as part of your registration requirement.
The IUPUI Center for Earth and Environmental Science is interested in characteristics, experiences, and opinions of students in the Environmental Service Learning Program. Your assistance is important to us as we examine how different student experiences influence environmental science knowledge and the likelihood of continuing with community service. Please complete each item to the best of your ability. If you are uncertain of a response, make the choice that most closely fits your circumstances. A unique identification code is important to include so that this survey can be matched with your post-survey completed directly after the service learning project.
