The Central Indiana Water Resources Partnership (CIWRP) is a Water Quality Research and Development Partnership between the IUPUI Center for Earth and Environmental Science (CEES) and Veolia Water Indianapolis, LLC.

The research and development partnership will focus on three Central Indiana watersheds and their reservoirs that most directly impact Indianapolis' drinking water supply: Eagle Creek Watershed/Eagle Creek Reservoir, Fall Creek Watershed/ Geist Reservoir, and Cicero Creek Watershed/ Morse Reservoir.  All three watersheds are part of the Upper White River watershed.
