WATER QUALITY

Combined sewer outfalls (CSO's) both above and below the restoration site severely compromise water quality (Fenelon, 1998). Additionally there are seasonally fluctuating levels of agricultural chemicals (Fenelon, 1998). There is currently no instream flow protection for the West Fork of the White River.
